OK, we are slightly overbudget. Added to that, I still have the counterlungs to make/buy/steal as well as the housings for them. On top of that, there is still the gas injection system, the dumps and a harness. The injection system for the prototype O2 version will be minimal cost as it will simply be a BCD hose teed into the loop with a Scubapro AIRII on the end, all the parts I already have.
